Not great. Better options available.
The order didn’t come as advertised. I wrote to them and instead of fixing the order they sent me a 40% off coupon. The lobster was overcooked and didn’t seem fresh at all. I buy lobster monthly from other sites on the web and this was my first time trying this company after seeing a fb add. I won’t be doing that again. My Photo shows what was advertised and the additional photos show what was recieved. They make it look like you will receive two points of shucked lobster meat when in fact you recieve two pounds of lobster claws that you must schuck which total less than a pound.

Totally Bad.
The Lobster Lovers Box was totally bad, the meat was frozen bitten, grainy,dried out,yellow,
Had this white grainy stuff on it, when thawed out the smell was real strong. EMAILED my concerns to customer support, they said it sound like a bad batch,they would replace the box, not getting a day of shipment when asked again in a email no response. That whole box was thrown out. It was no from shipping had plenty of solid ice in it. Looked like it was very old seafood, sitting in the freezer.

There were no whole lobsters in my box!
This was a scam. I was sent two bags of overcooked, tough, flavorless lobster claws instead of the two whole cooked lobsters. Look at the photo. It doesn’t say whole cooked lobster, it says lobster claws. When I sent a complaint to customer service, I didn’t get a reply.

not impressed
The whole lobsters were too small to pride a meal. The frozen lobster claws come with half the shell on and the midline cartilage needs to be removed - not so easy. Have not gotten to the crab meat yet. Made lobster rolls and was not impressed with the taste.
